Well im 9 days into it something is seriously up i havent lost any weight! I use to eat maccas every other day and drink mochas like noones buisness all of it has obviously stopped but my weight hasnt changed! advice please

Hi Meekah...

I too are 9 days into the program. Maybe post what you consume in a typical day then others may be able to comment. Have you been drinking the 2 lts of water/day and did you drink that much water before the program? Maybe that is why the scales havent budged? Maybe because its just water? Keep your chin up and keep going, you are putting in the hard yards so it will pay off before you know it.

HI ive just posted today, read mine, my first weigh in and lost nothing, after 7 days. have lost 4 inches off waist and bust, not understanding it.

Big fat Slob!!!!!!!!

i am drinking 2 litres plus a day of water use to be soft drink i have a cs for brekkie and then a snack celery strawberry sometimes a small handful of cashews or a cs bar lunch is a cs shake to then again one of the snacks i said before then dinner grilled chicken breast and salad and nothing else! I am eating so healthy compared to what i use to be like so no matter what i should be loosing it anyway!

Keep going - It may take time for your body to adjust - DON'T GIVE UP!!

YOU CAN DO THIS!!

You are loosing inches too so that is v.positive. Every time you get down why not to 10 mins exercise - get up, walk around etc, walk up and down stairs???

This will soon revv up your metabolism and help you think positively, as well as countimg towards your exercise.

Plan a treat for every lb/kg u loose put a £ (or whaterver your local currency is LOL ) then you can see your £££ mounting up as they come off.

Then you can treat yourself to a present every time u hit a goal!!

I started the program on wednesday and ive lost 1kg in 3 days how much can you lose on your first week

in your first week you can lose anything from 1kg up to 5kg some of the others have posted. it ends to be the biggest loss on the frst week as you are shocking your body & changing the way you eat. Depending what you eat normally it may be huge or not so much. My loss in the first week was 1kg.

Tell us a bit more about yourself? Starting weight, age etc.

I'm 26, recently married, from brisy, my starting weight was 120kg : (, now 108.3kg started Cs 12 weeks ago.

Hi... I've just started CS a week ago, and I was expecting at least I'd lose a few kg after being so good, only eat 2 CS morning n nite, an apple for snack and small pc of chicken and celery&cabbage soup, and drank 2 lt water, but I was a bit discourage to look at the scale and didn't lose anything. I'm just wondering if eating minimum also affecting the metabolism and wouldn't make me lose faster? I feel a bit better after reading the previous post though.
