Hi guys!

I live right on the beach and i was wondering if you had any ideas for exercise on the beach besides running (i'm not quite there yet fittness wise!) or walking as i get bored with that pretty quickly. I'm hoping to utilise the beach a lot more as i hardly go down there i think a change of scenery for my exercise will give it a boost as well hopefully

buckets with sand... for weights? crawliing and pulling ur whole body weight with your arms this is all whatvI ave seen from loser. google it you'll come up with things you can do!!

maintaining is not as easy as it looks or sounds!

I went to the beach the other day and just running in the water when its hip deep made my legs hurt (but a good hurt) the next day. swimming is a really great way to lose weight but i find playing around and runing or walking through the water is good. as long as your deep enough

Aww this is right up my alley!  Grab some flippers and just swim! You'll know all about it the next day...or two...or three. Sign up at you local surf club (if not this summer, maybe next). You don;t have to be the Bondi Rescue guys. It takes all kinds, all shapes and all sizes. They willl find something that suits you!


There's my plug for Surf lifesaving. I NEVER thought I would do someting like that but I do.
