Ye i lost 13lb in two weeks then went to a party and ate loads of nice munchies started again on monday hoping to last longer this time. was pleased with diet but find it very restricted to the things i like .

Hello again, i lost 13lb in two weeks, but didn't see the change on the scales straight away, which was a bit daunting, but now im happy with it, ive started another two weeks on mon 6th sept, if i can do same again it will be brill, at first i was very hungry, but am getting better at judging snacks, that are more filling, am doing ok so far, any comments or tips will be welcome, heres to a new me and you. WHOOP woop!!!!
Was ok for first week 8 days but now OMG! I am seriously craving rice and pasta!
Any suggestions on not caving in and if I wobble, what's the best wobble??
