Hell yeah! tried loads of diets not worked but I have lost 8 pounds in 2 weeks definitely good for me! X

Week 1 - 5lb
Week 2 - 3lb
Week 3 - 1lb
Week 4 - 0lb oops! (fell off wagon)
Week 5 - 1lb
Week 6 - 4lb.....and im back in the game whoop!
Week 7 - 1lb

Hey, yeah sure have lost weight. I've lost 1.65 kg in 3 days, none off today. It's my first week so greatest amount off this week. I know we're only supposed to do a weekly weigh but I couldn't resist

Ye i lost 13lb in two weeks then went to a party and ate loads of nice munchies started again on monday hoping to last longer this time. was pleased with diet but find it very restricted to the things i like .

Hello again, i lost 13lb in two weeks, but didn't see the change on the scales straight away, which was a bit daunting, but now im happy with it, ive started another two weeks on mon 6th sept, if i can do same again it will be brill, at first i was very hungry, but am getting better at judging snacks, that are more filling, am doing ok so far, any comments or tips will be welcome, heres to a new me and you. WHOOP woop!!!!

I think at any stage you fall off the wagon?? The trick is not to give up totally??

Was ok for first week 8 days but now OMG! I am seriously craving rice and pasta!

Any suggestions on not caving in and if I wobble, what's the best wobble??

Try some mashed turnip, with a bit of chives in, its a good substitute for potatoes, don't know about rice though, try shreded cabage,pretend its pasta,with all the usuall tomato sauces.??????
