Hi there

Monday Apr 30, 2012Charlie181630

I am new to CS and am having so much fun right now. I have been doing the diet for 2 weeks and have already lost 5.1kg. My final goal is to be 65kg so thats something like 40+kgs to lose.

It's great to meet everyone here and I wish everyone good luck on their own journeys.

I have a problem though. When I put in my weight I put in my current weight not my starting weight from 2 weeks ago. Now I can't change it , help please.

I dont know how to fix it but wanted to say hello, i am a new member also. I want to lose 18kg and get to 70kg. this is my second time around in this diet and the first time i went from 102kg to 83kg. If i am successful i will get an overall weight loss from my heaviest to my lightest of 32kg. Hopefully i can do it and i hope that you also drop your 40kg. Good luck.

Hi Matthew,

Thanks for the welcome.

I'm on round two also but not with CS. Last year I managed a loss of 13kg but due to an accident I was in hospital then recovery and gained most of the weight back.

I wish you all the best in your journey and with good motivation you can easily drop that weight.

One of the things I have found useful to keep motivation is to have a thought for the day or week. ie: my motivational thought for today is to be a good role model for my children. So if I feel a bad day coming on I can go to my diary and look at all the different reason why I want to lose weight.

Anyways good luck to you and everyone else on the forum
